Cancellation & Refund Policy

PromptPlum (Mukesh Gupta) sells digital products and subscriptions. Because digital goods are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately, the following terms apply.
Subscriptions (PP Lite)
You can cancel anytime from your account. On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew thereafter. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Renewals are charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
One-Time Purchases (Prompt Packs)
Prompt Packs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase and are generally non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or did not receive access due to a technical issue, contact us within 7 daysof the transaction and we'll resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Governing Law
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
